We recently completed 5 chapters of our Townhall meeting – Prarambh 2023 roughly covering 1400+ employees, the name Prarambh because it is a synonym of Pahal. The 5 townhall meetings were conducted in 3 regions of Gujarat, Bihar & UP state. These townhalls were great opportunity to connect with our team and share important updates.

As a company, we believe in transparency and open communication, and these townhall meetings are a key part of that commitment. During the meeting, we discussed our company’s recent achievements, challenges and upcoming goals. We also provided a forum for our employees to ask questions and share their thoughts and ideas. We were thrilled to see the excellent energy and enthusiasm from our team, the enthusiasm of the employees truly elevated the experience, making for an unforgettable event.
