Prabhaben Pareshbhai Sabariya - Botad (Gujarat)Prabhaben belongs to Gadhada village. Her husband was in the business of doing wooden handicrafts for the nearby residents of Rajkot and Bhavnagar on contract basis. This business got severely affected by the covid pandemic leaving them with little to no income. To make ends meet Prabhaben started making bird nests. She took a Rs 30,000 loan to buy raw materials for making bird nests and her income increased to approx Rs 700 a day. This helped her family to sail through the pandemic crisis. As life started coming back to normal her husband started getting work again and things improved for the better. Prabha is thankful to Pahal for giving her a loan in hard times through which she could fulfill the necessities of her family and to earn a better living independently.
