April 2022, Pahal organized its annual offsite at Lonavala, which was a three days outing of its
sales, credit, and operations team of all the business verticals along with the top
management of Pahal. The venue for the event was the Fern, Lonavala wherein the
team celebrated the milestone of achieving 1000 Crores of AUM. The conference comprised mainly of achievements of Pahal and its growth plans followed by a team building activity which bought a new perspective to the team’s learnings.

This offsite was a platform to celebrate the hard work of Pahalites, further
paving new goals for the business.
