Mr. Kartik S Mehta is a qualified Chartered Accountant from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a member of the Institute of Cost Accountant of India. He is also qualified Certified Financial Planner. He is a Career banker with more than 30 years of experience in the banking and the financial services industry in India. He has worked across various functions including corporate finance, treasury management, retail banking and distribution, agriculture credit and priority sector and microfinance during his banking career. Over the last couple of years, he has been associated as a Micro Finance practitioner and has extensively worked in the western geographies of India. Mr. Mehta has also been involved with some pioneering work in the banking correspondent space and has travelled extensively to study the model in Brazil and South Africa.

Purvi Bhavsar, a first generation entrepreneur from Ahmedabad is the co-founder of Pahal Financial Services Private Limited, a Leading Non-Banking Financial Services Company (NBFC-MFI) working in the area of microfinance and enterprise lending.
She has a prolific experience of over 29 years in the areas of BFSI-(Banking and Financial Services Industry ) and Telecom having worked in some of the most reputed organizations of the country like Kotak Mahindra, HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank and Vodafone India. She has very diverse exposure across the entire spectrum of Corporate and Retail Banking, Consumer Finance, Stock Broking, Distribution and Customer Service. For her pursuits, she was awarded one of the “leading women in telecom industry” during 2010-11. She was recently recognized as Top 10 women in Finance – 2020. She is currently serving on the board of an affordable housing finance company.
She was selected for a scholarship program run at IIMB as a part of Goldman Sachs 10K women program-2019. She has undergone a program run by Stanford Seed India and has received a scholarship. She has mentored fintech start-ups as a part of Stanford Spark program apart from other agriculture ( Buddy- IIMB) and other impact start-ups.

Mr. Satish G Mehta is the founder of Athena Advisors – a boutique consultancy firm, consulting in the areas of Mortgage Finance and Credit Information & Bureaus. He has experience spanning over 40 years in the areas of housing finance, consumer finance, business development, training, credit information and management consultancy has resulted in the creation of India’s first credit bureau – CIBIL. He worked with the Quantum Group ,Dun & Bradstreet Dubai Credit Information Bureau (India) Ltd – CIBIL, HDFC and Piramal Capital & Housing Finance Limited.
In addition, he has worked closely as a consultant, delegate, faculty member international organizations like the International Finance Corporation (IFC) in Nepal, World Bank in Indonesia, Bank of Housing and Construction and Home Finance Company Limited in Ghana, Building Societies Institute in Australia, National Mortgage Institute in Fairfield, USA, The Building Societies Association, UK and GE Capital Corporation, USA. Presently, he is a consultant to the World Bank, Strategic Advisor to fintech startups and Professor of Practice of Management at Ahmedabad University and consultant to a Housing finance company.
Arpita has done PGDM from Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Ahmedabad and has worked as Managing Director and CEO of M-CRIL inclusive microeconomics, a social enterprise that provides high quality professional services for the economic enhancement of the lives of low-income families. She joined Dia Vikas Capital Private Limited as Managing Director & CEO in Feburary’23.
Previously, she has been a Partner in Big 4 professional services firms. She has over 25 years of management and risk consulting experience with the said firms. Arpita sits on the Supervisory Board of Oikocredit, a social impact investor, and is an independent director of Airtel Payments Bank, the banking arm of India’s biggest Telco.

Luca has spent most of his career investing in and advising microfinance and financial institutions. Prior to founding GAWA, he worked at Credit Suisse Investment Banking in New York advising many microfinance institutions in accessing capital markets, including Banco Compartamos’ IPO. Luca gained on-the-field operating experience working for Annapurna, an Indian MFI. Luca began his career at BCG and holds an MBA from Kellogg where he was awarded Siebel scholarship for leadership.
Niroshani has extensive experience in the MSME sector and has developed a strong operational track record in frontier markets with technical expertise in financial inclusion and digital development. As the founding Country Manager in Myanmar, she successfully established one of the leading microfinance companies in Myanmar from greenfield to sustainable operation within a short time span of 2 years. Niroshani is also a CGAP certified trainer and certified SPI4 auditor. She has a strong background in IT, having her first degree in IT, followed by a master with IT focus.
She also holds a MSc in Finance (Economics) from SOAS, UK and has participated several trainings at Harvard Business School and Boulder Institute of Microfinance, USA.

prominent banks. He has over two plus decades of industry experience
and his experience has been recognized across multiple domestic and
international forums. An innovator at heart, he is called across
international forums to share his views on a variety of subjects related to
Fintech & Digital Banking. An honorary Phd in ‘Digital Banking & Fintech’,
he has worked on one of the largest Financial Inclusion projects in India
‘eShakti’ covering 4+ million beneficiaries. He was part of the team that
launched ‘Aadhaar’ in India and also part of the team that setup Digital
Banking at YES Bank.
