Mr. Pushkar Parashar has 15 years of experience in financial sector and being an entrepreneur. He has worked with Banks, NBFC, Financial trusts organization, Business correspondents and other developmental institutions. He started his career with one of largest microfinance institutions – BFIL (earlier known as SKS Microfinance). He anchored the microfinance operations in Bihar and was leading the overall operations. He was later heading microfinance operations in M.P and U.P in BFIL in its early days. Pushkar has also worked with Axis Bank heading the government business in the state of M.P. He was a part of corporate banking and was also handling the financial inclusion wing in M.P. and later moved to Capital Market Division of Bank. Pushkar was a part of Vaya Trust (Earlier known as SKS Trust) – original promoter of BFIL (earlier known as SKS Microfinance).
Pushkar was the first COO of Pahal in its early days has rejoined Pahal as COO in 2025.
