Pahal Foundation, a Section 8 company registered under Companies Act 1956, envisaged with the objective of ensuring capacity building and financial literacy initiatives for the populace who has been largely excluded from the mainstream financial services and for the financially vulnerable section of the society.

It renders financial and other assistance or support in any form to the member of poor, needy and under – privileged people or class, farmers, artists, artisans etc. in order to enable them to generate income for their livelihood and to create financial awareness and to help and support manufacturing or marketing units established by them. The intent is to build capacity for the vulnerable section of society by providing backward and forward integration support and thereby increase their income generating capabilities.
